Talk for Health Super Cafe – Mon 28th October at 6pm

After several years in Islington, we are excited to launch our successful talking for wellbeing programme in Camden! To start it off, we are hosting our first-ever Talk for Health Super Cafe.

Join us on Monday, October 28 from 6-8pm at UCL Base KX, 103b Camley Street, N1C 4PF for this free event where you will get a cuppa, relax and find out how to:

  • Take care of your emotional health
  • Lift your own and others’ wellbeing through good listening, truthful talking and empathetic listening
  • Do the full, FREE, Talk for Health programme

If you’re not able to attend yourself, please help us spread the word by sharing this email with anyone you think might be interested! We are specifically commissioned to alleviate the strain on the NHS and to help Camden residents who are impacted by the ongoing HS2 works.
