Phoenix Recovery Volunteer

Are you passionate about supporting people with their recovery and well-being journey? Do you believe everyone has the right to self-define their experiences? Do you want to enable change through forming meaningful relationships with others?

As a Phoenix Recovery volunteer, you will work closely with a small team of recovery workers, specialist sessional workers, therapists, volunteers and Phoenix members to create a community hub in the heart of Camden. You will foster a safe space for people to be themselves and support our members to branch out into the wider Camden community through our links with community centres and other partner organisations.

The role offers different opportunities depending on the volunteer’s skills and interests and the service’s current needs.

Please note – in order to be able to volunteer, you must be able to attend the interview, and two training dates.

Once we receive your application, we will reach out to you to organise a brief interview.

Training will be delivered in December 2023. Dates to be confirmed closer to the time

If you would like to apply for this role please send your application form to volunteer@mindincamden.org.uk
