Hearing Voices & Alternative Realities Group Facilitation (3 days)
Suitable both for professionals and for those with lived experience of voices, visions or beliefs. For anyone looking to enhance existing facilitation skills or to learn from scratch. User-survivors, support workers, psychologists, nurses & O.T.'s all welcome.
Day of wellbeing
A Day Long Celebration of Wellbeing
The Zen Project and Healthy Minds, Mind in Camden present A Day Long Celebration of Wellbeing! Workshops, Short, guided Zen Sessions on our converted American school bus of Breathwork, Guided Meditation & Sound Healing, Fitness classes, Alternative therapies & treatments (eg massage), Tarot Reading on Thursday 14th October.
I IS FOR INSULT: Questioning “Borderline Personality Disorder”
This online workshop will be facilitated by two people with lived / living experience of these issues, and aims to strike a balance between questioning the construct and discussing practical approaches to some of the difficulties clinicians and policymakers associate with it.

Last Christmas, Mind in Camden were lucky enough to receive a performance from the World Harmony Orchestra, a social enterprise made up of professional musicians who play for charitable causes.
An Islamic Perspective on Mental Health: Jinn, Evil Eye & Black Magic
Session One will include an overview of the Islamic faith, Session Two will introduce beliefs around Jinn, evil eye and black magic.
