Who are we?
In addition to us here at Mind in Camden, Reach Out Camden is formed of The Advocacy Project, Likewise and Voiceability.
All four charities have deep roots in Camden and were brought together by Camden Council to support people in the borough access support that they may not have found otherwise.
This means when working with us at Reach Out Camden the support you get may be based in different places and through different partner organisations, but you’ll be a part of our joint community and have access to opportunities across all four charities.
What do we do?
Through Reach Out Camden, you will have access to a range of support and opportunities across Camden.
We provide one-to-one support, peer mentoring and activity groups, all of which can be accessed via a referral into our services.
We know that there’s no one-size-fits-all model when it comes to wellbeing, so we work with each person as an individual to discover what matters most to them. Once we get to know you, we will make suggestions about what kind of support could work well, and help you to access it.
Who's it for?
Reach Out is open to anyone aged 18 or over who lives in Camden, or has a Camden-based GP, regardless of your eligibility for other adult-social care services and/or previous support through mental health services.
