As with any charity, the support we receive from individuals and charitable trusts helps us to continue to provide our essential services. However, support isn’t all about money – we value any kind of contribution you may be able to make to our services or organisation.
We’re looking for an experienced, qualified counselling or psychotherapy supervisor to provide in-person group supervision to small groups (4–5) of trainee counsellors, as part of our new Counselling at Mind in Camden service.
Sessions run Mondays and/or Wednesdays 14:00 – 15.30 (initially fortnightly, with scope to increase as the service grows).
You’ll need a recognised supervision qualification, experience supervising trainees, and a strong commitment to person-centred practice.
You will paid £65 per hour (£97.50 per 1.5-hour session), invoiced monthly — a minimum one-year commitment is preferred, though sessions are paid session-by-session.
Expected start around November 2026; we plan to interview during October 2026.
To apply, please send your CV, completed application form and a covering letter to counselling@mindincamden.org.uk.
